In January, 2014, PRISM Medical Group and Troy Internal Medicine joined to form Arcturus Healthcare.  As a patient, the only change you will see is in billing and payments.  You will receive bills from Arcturus Healthcare, and you will make payments to Arcturus Healthcare.

Other than that, PRISM Medical Group and Troy Internal Medicine will operate the same as before this merge.  You will continue to see your same Primary Care Physician, and you will continue to receive the same care.
