Angie Stepaniak serves as the Human Resources Manager for Arcturus Healthcare, supporting the organization’s employees, providers, and leadership teams through strategic human resources and operational initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Angie oversees employee relations, recruitment, policy development, benefits administration, and organizational compliance across the practices.
Throughout her career, Angie has been dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures that support employee growth, collaboration, and exceptional patient care. She is passionate about building strong relationships throughout the organization and helping teams operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with family and staying active in her community.
