Practice Administrator
Jessica Houle
Jessica Houle serves as the Practice Administrator for Prism Medical Group and Clearwater Family Medicine Practice. Jessica brings 25 years of experience and dedication to patient care and practice operations. Beginning her career as a receptionist, Jessica advanced through roles including referral coordinator and office manager for the family practice group, serving in leadership for more than 10 years before becoming Practice Administrator in January 2026.
Jessica is passionate about enhancing the patient experience and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. She also enjoys collaborating with staff to develop efficient workflows and best practices that support high-quality patient care.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends at their cottage in Port Austin.
