Chief Financial Officer
Joe Condon
CPA
Joe Condon serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arcturus Healthcare and has been part of the organization since 2013. As CFO, Joeoversees the company’s financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and treasury functions. He also plays a key role in strategic planning for Arcturus’ future growth, working closely with the leadership team to evaluate opportunities and help guide the organization’s financial direction.
Joe is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and began his career in public accounting, where he focused on accounting and tax services for closely held small businesses. His experience has shaped a practical and thoughtful approach to financial leadership, with a focus on helping Arcturus remain financially strong while continuing to grow and serve its physicians, employees, and patients.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys reading, woodworking, and being actively involved in the Christian community. He especially values time spent with family and friends.
