Joel Buchanan

Dr. Joel Buchanan is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, relationship-centered care for individuals and families. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Troy.
Dr. Buchanan is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. He practices with PRISM Medical Group in Rochester Hills, where he brings extensive clinical experience and a strong commitment to accessible, coordinated primary care.
