Mark Leonard

Mark Leonard serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Arcturus Healthcare, joining the organization in 2024 to lead its strategic direction, physician partnership initiatives, and overall organizational performance. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations, Mark previously served in Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer leadership roles overseeing large acute care hospitals and ambulatory healthcare operations.
Throughout his career, Mark has focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening physician collaboration, and advancing coordinated, patient-centered care. He is passionate about fostering strong organizational cultures grounded in teamwork, transparency, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence in patient care.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and their three daughters.
