Nicole Senko

Nicole brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to Arcturus Physical Therapy, with a background spanning outpatient, home-health, and aquatic rehabilitation. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults to help them improve their functional mobility and maintain independence through individualized rehabilitation.

Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, myofascial limitations, and the treatment of individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Nicole is committed to providing high-quality, thoughtful care tailored to each patient’s goals and has completed specialized training in several evidence-based programs.
